Article 1. Definitions

• "Application" – All applications provided by eUp on iOS and Android operating systems, officially downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
• "Content" – Images, icons, articles, and videos published on the Website or Application.
• "Account Owner" – The initial registrant; or the person holding the administrator account; or the person accessing the store account using the administrator credentials.
• "User" – A person who registers, creates an account, and uses eUp's software on the Website/Application and is accepted by us, including the Account Owner.
• "eUp" – eUp Technology Joint Stock Company.
• "Third Party" – Customers, partners, suppliers, and Users of eUp.
• "Feature" – Existing and available features on the current versions of eUp’s websites/applications.
• "Personal Information" – Information associated with identifying an individual such as name, age, address, phone number, email address, bank account information, and other information as stipulated by law.

Article 2. Acceptance of Terms and Amendments

• To access and use the Application’s services, Users must agree to and comply with the terms defined in this Agreement and other rules and regulations issued on the Application.
• To meet Users' needs, eUp continuously improves and develops its products. Therefore, the terms of this Agreement may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. eUp will clearly announce such changes on the Website or Application.
• We collect and process your information, such as your name and email address, when you register. You must provide accurate and complete information, keep it updated, and agree to provide any proof of identity if reasonably requested by us. If your information changes (e.g., email address) or you wish to cancel your account, please update your details by contacting us or following the instructions on the Application.
• Only you are authorized to use your account. You must not allow others to use your identity or account. Account transfer or assignment to another party is prohibited. You must keep your account password and any information we provide secure and confidential.
• You commit to using the Application solely for the purpose of language learning. Abuse or using the Application for fraudulent or disruptive activities is prohibited.
• You may not harm, modify, or tamper with the Application and/or Website or attempt to do so in any way. We are not responsible if you lack a compatible device or download an incorrect version of the Application. We reserve the right to suspend your access if you misuse the Application.
• You understand and agree that your use of the Application is also subject to additional Terms & Conditions, and by using the Application, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy.
• We may, at our discretion, offer promotions that provide benefits for using the Application. You agree to use such promotions correctly and not to abuse, copy, sell, or transfer them. Promotions are non-convertible to cash and may expire even before usage.

Article 3. Payment

• We set fees for upgrading to advanced features on the Application at various prices and times for you to decide whether to use the Application.
• Pricing for our products, services, and Applications can be found on the Website and through the Application. Prices may be updated from time to time. In case of discrepancies, the price on the Application shall prevail.
• You may pay the fees via app stores, bank transfer, COD, etc. If paying by card, you may need a card compatible with the Application.
• If the Card is owned by another person, you warrant that you have all necessary approvals to use it for payments. Upon completion of payment, you confirm you have fully understood and accepted our services without any confusion.
• You agree that we may verify and validate your Card information upon registration and during service usage.

Article 4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for verifying or certifying the information, quality of services, or products advertised by third parties on our Website/Application. eUp recommends that Users carefully research partners before entering into any transactions.
• The Application may experience limitations, delays, and other issues related to the use of the Internet or malfunctioning user devices. We are not responsible for delays, failures, damages, or losses resulting from these problems but will endeavor to maintain system availability and swiftly resolve any disruptions.
• We are not responsible for verifying or certifying the information, quality of services, or products advertised by third parties on our Website/Application. eUp recommends that Users carefully research partners before entering into any transactions.

Article 5. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Any disputes arising during the use of eUp’s services shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• By using eUp’s Websites/Applications, Users agree to comply with all terms, policies, and service agreements announced on eUp’s platforms. Additionally, Users must comply with specific terms applicable to particular services at the relevant times.
• Any disputes arising during the use of eUp’s services shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Quy định và hình thức thanh toán

• Cước phí sử dụng gói phần mềm được quy định chi tiết tại “Hợp đồng cung cấp Phần mềm” và “Phụ lục đính kèm hợp đồng”
• Cước phí sử dụng Phần mềm được tính theo gói phần mềm được công bố trên ứng dụng.
• Hình thức thanh toán: Bằng chuyển khoản hoặc thanh toán tại ứng dụng

Chính sách giao nhận/cài đặt

• Khách hàng thanh toán phí dịch vụ theo hướng dẫn trên ứng dụng hoặc liên hệ với bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng của eUp để kích hoạt gói sử dụng cho khách hàng trên tài khoản đã đăng ký.

Để sử dụng sản phẩm và dịch vụ của chúng tôi, quý khách vui lòng tải và cài đặt ứng dụng thông qua:

• App Store (đối với thiết bị iOS)
• Google Play (đối với thiết bị Android)

1. Hình thức mua hàng

• Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ được cung cấp trực tiếp trên ứng dụng.
• Người dùng cần tải ứng dụng về thiết bị di động và thực hiện mua gói dịch vụ hoặc sản phẩm ngay trong ứng dụng.

2. Hướng dẫn tải ứng dụng

• Đối với thiết bị iOS: Truy cập App Store, tìm kiếm tên ứng dụng [Tên Ứng Dụng], sau đó tải và cài đặt.
• Đối với thiết bị Android: Truy cập Google Play, tìm kiếm tên ứng dụng [Tên Ứng Dụng], sau đó tải và cài đặt.

3. Quy định thanh toán

• Mọi giao dịch thanh toán sẽ được thực hiện qua nền tảng thanh toán của App Store hoặc Google Play.
• Các điều khoản và chính sách thanh toán tuân theo quy định của App Store và Google Play.
