After the learner successfully upgrades their account, within 03 hours, the customer care staff of EUP Technology JSC will contact the learner directly via phone to confirm the order.

Once we confirm that the learner has completed the payment for the order, within 24 hours, the learner will receive an email notification confirming that the account upgrade was successful and will receive a COD code. The learner uses the provided COD code to proceed with using the upgraded account.
