REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Conditions for Refund & Exchange Cases eligible for refund/exchange:
- Technical errors related to accessing the upgraded account caused by HeyLearning.net.
- Payment errors: Overpayment, duplicate orders.
- Learners wish to change the upgraded account or the upgrade method.
- Learner mistakenly upgrades the wrong account.
- Learner no longer wants to upgrade the account without a valid reason.
- Learner did not carefully read the account upgrade information.

Cases not eligible for refund/exchange: None.
Cases due to learner's reasons:Time to request an exchange: within 03 days from the date the learner successfully upgrades the account.
Exchange procedure: The learner must notify EUP Technology JSC staff (via hotline: +84 377 738 144) about the reason for the exchange and provide an accurate contact phone number so we can process the exchange request as quickly as possible according to the learner's requirements.
Within 48 hours from the time we receive the exchange request, EUP Technology JSC customer care staff will contact the customer to confirm payment information for the refund process.
The refund will be made via bank transfer to your account.
