TERMS OF USE

Article 1: Principles for Registering a HeyLearning.net Account

• You are fully responsible for all information provided when registering, modifying, or updating your HeyLearning.net account.
• In addition to complying with the Terms of Use, you must strictly adhere to other agreements, regulations, and procedures publicly posted on the HeyLearning.net website.
• You must not create an account using the names of famous people, leaders, criminals, terrorists, or any names that are inappropriate or contrary to social norms.

Article 2: Registration and Termination of Service

• Before registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions in the HeyLearning.net Terms of Use.
• When registering, you must provide truthful, complete, and updated information. For issues regarding information collection, use, and privacy, please refer to the privacy policy.
• Upon registration, you will create a HeyLearning.net account with a username and password. You agree to protect your username and password to prevent unauthorized use and promptly notify HeyLearning.net of any unauthorized access. Creating an account on a mobile device may incur data transmission costs, which you are responsible for.
• You may terminate your registration if you no longer wish to use HeyLearning.net services. HeyLearning.net may terminate your registration or restrict access to certain services if you are found to have violated the agreement.

Article 3: Prohibited Content on Social Networks

1. Anti-government, incitement to violence, and spreading false information: Strictly prohibited from propagating, sabotaging, or distorting information about the government, political structure, and national policies. Prohibited from inciting violence, promoting war, hatred, or immoral acts. No dissemination of superstitions, misconceptions, or cultural sabotage. Prohibited from posting articles from foreign sites such as BBC Vietnamese, VOA Vietnamese, etc. No calls for riots or posting information about protests or riots.
2. Damaging product reputation, gambling organizations: Absolutely no actions that damage the reputation of the company's products. Gambling, betting, or related agreements involving money or valuables are strictly prohibited.
3. Insulting, mocking others, destroying the community: Strictly prohibited from insulting or mocking others in any form. No actions that harm or affect community values.
4. Content inappropriate to Vietnamese customs and laws: Strictly prohibited from discussing the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State of Vietnam, political institutions, history, or leaders in unrelated topics. No impersonation or intentional deception.
5. Content inappropriate to ethical standards: Do not send or transmit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inciting, or otherwise unethical information. No detailed descriptions of obscene acts, violence, murder; no posting of offensive, inhumane images or providing sexual content inappropriate to Vietnamese customs.
6. Advertising: Strictly prohibited from propagating any advertising messages, invitations, chain letters, or unsolicited investment opportunities.
7. Content management: We reserve the right to remove any posts that violate these regulations; any violations will be handled accordingly.
8. Protection of ownership and privacy rights: Do not send or transmit any information or software that you do not own. Do not use information that violates intellectual property or other legal regulations.
9. No system intrusion: Strictly prohibited from accessing, using, or attempting to access our system without permission. Do not exploit system errors for personal gain or create fake information.
10. Login restrictions: Each premium account may log in to a maximum of 3 devices at the same time.
11. From July 1, 2021: All posts that advertise or entice users to switch to another app/web without the consent of eUp Technology JSC will be deleted. Repeated violations: Account suspension for 1 month or permanent suspension depending on severity.

Article 4: Mechanism for Handling Members Violating the Agreement

1. Principles of handling
• If a user violates the terms of the service agreement or otherwise creates risks or liabilities for eUp Technology JSC, the user will be warned, penalized, have posts handled, or have their account suspended temporarily or permanently.
• Special account suspension means the user cannot use other products when accessing from the suspended account. In serious cases, HeyLearning may block the IP address without prior notice.
• If a HeyLearning.net account is permanently suspended, all benefits of the account holder will also be permanently revoked.
• Violations not listed below will be handled at the discretion of HeyLearning.net administrators according to the forms of punishment specified in this agreement.
• All violating posts may be deleted, moved, filtered for advertising content, have inappropriate words replaced, or temporarily hidden pending moderation depending on the severity. HeyLearning.net may send violation warnings and request immediate removal or filtering of violating content. If the user does not comply, administrators will handle the post and suspend the user's account.
• Administrators have full authority to determine and handle violating posts/members. Handling logs will be stored for at least two years, and administrators have full authority to publicize member violations except for deleted or filtered content.
2. Forms of punishment:
• Special punishment, permanent suspension applies to but is not limited to the following acts:
• Users who exploit HeyLearning.net to oppose the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including but not limited to using account/member names identical to national heroes, leaders, or using images, videos, statements containing political discussions or state secrets.
• Pornographic information, images, videos: Users posting pornographic images, sounds, videos, chat sex, or propagating pornographic content.
• Gambling information: Users posting information, images, sounds, videos related to organizing gambling, betting, or related agreements involving money or valuables.
• Spreading fraudulent information: Using text, images, sounds, or videos containing fraudulent information; impersonating official organizations or individuals; defrauding others' assets or HeyLearning.net accounts, reward points.
• Level 1 punishment: 10-day account suspension applies to but is not limited to off-topic comments, forum spam.
• Level 2 punishment: 30-day account suspension applies to but is not limited to the following acts:
• Communication acts: Mild pornography, spam messages, inciting other members to discussion groups to cause trouble or propagate violating information.
• Advertising: Member names, status, self-description containing advertising information or using text, images, sounds, or videos for advertising without written consent from eUp Technology JSC. Using the product for advertising, propaganda, buying, selling, and spreading prohibited goods/services may result in level 2 or 3 punishment depending on severity.
• Privacy violation: Using others' personal images, publicly sharing personal documents and information such as identity, address, phone number without consent and making harassing calls or inciting others to harass.
• Attacking others: Using images, information, sounds, or videos to insult, distort, slander, mock, or damage the reputation of organizations or individuals.
• Copyright infringement: Stealing content, copying, or quoting without permission from the copyright owner.
• Level 3 punishment: 120-day account suspension applies to but is not limited to the following acts:
• Sabotaging the HeyLearning.net social network system: Users exploiting the product to infiltrate the server system to sabotage the product or hinder information access. Using technical tools to increase activity points, items, or to idle, spam chat.
• Using forums or group activities to organize real-life meetings for illegal acts.

PRIVACY POLICY

Article 5: Rights of HeyLearning.net Social Network Service Users

Users are entitled to use HeyLearning.net social network services except for services prohibited by law.

1. The right to change or update account information; password; identification documents; registered email.
2. The right to be guided on setting a secure password; entering important information to protect the account; using linked accounts to log in.
3. The right to transfer a Migi.net account to another person. This right is only applicable to accounts that have fully and accurately registered information according to HeyLearning.net's Terms of Use.
4. The right to have personal and private information protected according to legal regulations.
